It's one of those things that one must learn to love.

The pics got the reaction I thought they would.

I'll make it up to everyone with some pics from tomorrow's grill.

Oooo ... I love kimchee too.

I used to work with a Korean guy whose grandmother made it at home. He said she would bury the jar deep in the backyard during the ferment. I don't know if he was just kidding, but it was the best I've ever had.

Here are some pics from my Fourth of July dinner. I hope everyone else had a great time too.

Grilled Tri-Tip Sirloins:

Bean Medley and Squash, onion, red peppers and baby bellas/:

Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie:

Peach-Plout Cookie Crumb Crust Pie:

There were other items too, but who wants to see pics of potato salad and other boring stuff.

It's been a while since I added to this thread.

Last night I made a delightful Tequila Lime Ceviche with shrimp AND scallops with 'ritas.

Delightful indeed.

I'm rethinking that ME woods thing for a getaway, closer to Philly may be the place to go.

Do the ME getaway and invite me along. I'll cook if someone else cleans.
