You'll recover. Just be happy that you are learning these lessons while you are young. Just make sure you don't become bitter or vindictive, and punish other women for the things this one did. You might drive away the one who will appreciate you.

She's the type that'll never know what she wants. Some poor sap (NOT me) will ask her to marry him. She'll realize that's not what she wanted and will move onto husband two, three, four.....(she'll collect a lot of **** in the process, thats for sure.) But she'll never be happy.

I don't need that. I don't deserve that.

It felt GOOD telling her where the door was and show herself out. Nothing like the feeling of not being walked on anymore.

If you knew that, why did you stick so long with her?

exactly.

I was with her for two weeks after she spoke such words.

If you were to just get laid, the stress would be reduced.

What have the unions got to do with you being laid off?

workin on it, give a kid a couple days to recover...

Boeing and Lockheed have been on strike. Boeing's strike has ended, and their machinist's union is a lot more strict. Being a non-union shop, most of our work was sent to union shops.

Lockheed is on strike.

I do think they'll call back, but not anytime soon.
