Having been on both sides of that, I can assure you that it is not as wonderful and problem free as people think it might be. Working for yourself is not all peaches and cream. There are some bad spots to it too.

IMO, all you have done is trade one set of problems for another. The only question is which set of problems require less Maalox to treat.

Well you can make a lot more money working for yourself. You don't have an earning cap like in a job.

But with a job you get that nice steady paycheck.

You CAN, yes. But you CAN also make no money or lose your shirt. Plus you now have all the headaches that come with being the boss. As an employee, you have less issues to worry about. Like I said, it's a trade off.
