That 500E has 29,000km on it and it cost $50,000. There is no bargaining from that price, they tack all sorts of additional charges on top, the BS capital of the world in car sales is Japan.
The MY2000 W210 I inquired about was listed for $17,000 (in 2006 with 69k on it in excellent condition) by the time they finished it was almost $22,000 and they didn't want to go down.
Left had drive cars are more expensive in Japan, they have snob appeal. The parking assist is found on many big cars, especially if the owner is of golden age, not rare at all.
