TOP GEAR: Grosser Vs Park Ward

I just saw the Top Gear episode with the comparison between May's RR and Clarkson's 600 Grosser. 150000 Pound MB Service? Gotta love it!

Here is part one on Youtube.

That is just wrong on so many different levels I have no idea where to start. Interesting but wrong I wold like to see it heading down a drag strip though.

That thing is bad a$$! All the comfort and style of a Rolls and the blown Hemi power to kick some serious butt!

I always thought the 600 was ugly as hell. I mean awesome machine and all but ugly. W108 is my favorite older Merc though.

I like where his most recent service visit cost him over 15,000 pounds....thats nearly $30,000!!! Imagine how many nice W126's you could buy with that $$

Though if I had the $$...I'd love owning a 600.

And that was for the "A" Service

I thought the tests they did were flawed. What they needed to do was have Mays drive Clarkson in the back of the Roller and vice versa. These cars are all about the back seat not the front.

I gotta get a set of Grosser horns for Rudolf though.

I hate wimpy Euro horns. I got a set of Caddy horns on the BMW.
