You have a good point there, the victim has to suffer with his actions the rest of her life, so 13 lets say the average life span is 78ish years..thats 65 years...he only had to suffer for 10 days...he got off light IMHO.

The puke goes back to the neighborhood where the crime took place, confronts the victim's mother, says something that could be considered a "threat" by someone that's been tramatized, then goes to a bar, less than 300 yards from the victim's home...

Daughter MIGHT be able to deal with the crap a bit better knowing that mom got rid of the puke.
