Isn't there some limit on alimony, Jim? I can't believe you're still paying it after all that time. Also, I though child support stopped once they reached 18. It does in Virginia at least.

To hear her tell it and read the papers....she's got one foot in the grave, can't work, and because I can, I just keep workin till I die..to support her...and her male friend ("companion")...who afaik and can read, shares none of her house costs.
And she's raised the alimony ante by a factor of 3 and change. She'd get my net and I'd get her "weekly deduction" if the judge gives her what she wants.

Meanwhile,....ah, never mind.....

If the judge screws me............
At least it's a male judge. And her last minute plea made no mention of my questioning if her "companion" contributed to household expenses. He's been there a loooooong time....on my dime!

Sounds like if he were to screw you, he'd have to settle for sloppy seconds.

That might not make the difference. The judge might be old fashioned in his thinking and still not side with you.

Ask him if he will put out for you since you are actually the sugar daddy.
