Salmon patties with Collard greens and mac & cheese. It's what I grew up on while living on the farm in KY and southern OH

I know, but the Polls only have 10 maximum.......I intended to put lobster, oysters, salmon, etc.

I did get shrimp on there, however.

Working on a Possible New Favorite Now

I just "checked" on some beef ribs that I'm cooking. They were done enough to eat but I decided (after eating one) that they'll be even better after about another half hour in the oven. I didn't measure anything, but I'll try to provide an approximate recipe:

1 rack of beef ribs (about 6 or 8 lbs I think)
2-3 tbsp instant Tom Yum soup paste
2-3 tsp oregano
1 tbsp dried minced garlic
1 oz thin sliced salted radish
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
water about 2-3 quarts
1 large sweet onion

Mix Tom Yum paste, oregano, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and chili powder in large bowl. Add in sliced radish. Mix with water to desired strength. Place ribs in large nonreactive pan and add liquid until ribs are mostly covered. Allow to sit in reefer 3 or more hours. Preheat oven to 250. Peel and slice onion and add to pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and slow cook for about 4 hours or until meat is tender.

The more "exotic" ingredients were from the local asian market.

That I'm allowed to eat?
Salmon moderately seasoned & grilled. With a side of broccoli.

That I'm not supposed to eat?
Pretty much all the above.
