killing for religion is terrorism, plain and simple.
It's only terrorism "in the name of god" when it's rooted elsewhere; brown Muslim people. When it's perpetrated by christian white people, it's "god's work"... Amazing how each side has their "justification" for KILLING in the name of the lord....

God, I hate this part of the lake...the ice is so thin, but inviting...

The fact that some nutball decided that HE'S THE AVENGER was sad and twisted...

The fact that some "doctor" couldn't figure out how to treat a patient without killing an unborn child was sad and twisted...

The fact that the same "doctor" had a profitable business that felt the need to treat "dangerous" pregnancies at a clinic and not at a fully staffed and functional hospital was sad and twisted...

But now, the "doctor" is dead, killed by some religious nutball that doesn't understand and realize what the Bible says to do in these situations.

He'll be prosecuted, elocuted, vilified and maybe executed...so be it...live by the sword, die by the sword...legally...

And the sad part of this whole thing?

The void left by the "doctor's" demise will be readily filled by some other mis-guided "doctor" thinking they're doing the world a favor...

And another nutball, "religious" zealot will decide he heard a voice and it was his "duty" to answer the call...

And the world will keep this little drama going...and going...and going...ad nauseum...

Just MO...

Abortion debates are for fools. Nothing gets accomplished, tempers only flare, opinions never change.

My take on it is pretty simple. If you haven't gone through the decision yourself or with a loved one, do everybody a favor and STFU. You can't possibly comprehend the enormity of the sitiuation.

And, if you have gone through the decision - still, STFU. If somebody wants/needs your advice, they'll ask for it.

And with that, I'll STFU.

Your thinking is just plain sick & evil. The doctor was performing legal medical services for his patients. He wasn't forcing anyone to have abortion. Do you also wish someone would kill all the mothers who've had abortions? After all, it was their decision, not the doctor's. I hope you've at least adopted some children. They'll now need you more than ever. But let me guess, you don't give a damn.

I have to say abortion is one subject I really have no opinion on. I just feel bad for the guys family to have to witness him gunned down in church.

Thumbs down

According to news sources the suspect was convicted 10 years ago of having bomb making materials in his car, but was freed because his 4th amendment unlawful search and seizure rights were violated.

Yeah, there's something sad in the remarks above all right. I can't say for sure, but my take is that very, very few late term abortions are done merely for the sake of birth control of last resort.

This may come as a shock, but childbirth is often a rather dangerous prospect for some women. You may have heard of women dying in childbirth. Happens to this day.

New to this story is the ability to accurately determine if a woman can safely give birth to any fetus, or if a particular fetus has problems so severe that it will almost certainly be born dead and at greater risk to the mother than the average fetus.

Some people consider that they'd rather lose a doomed fetus than an adult woman with whom they have much invested in all ways possible. There are no guarantees in life, including being born safely after having been conceived.

As for doing this at a clinic, I wouldn't be surprised if hospitals avoid these procedures so as to evade having their staff harrassed or gunned down by self-righteous chest beaters who apparently are not interested in adopting hard to place orphans.

You are confused.

You are pro-abortion, and, pro-adoption.....like that can make sense.

Legality has nothing to do with abortion being evil.

Birth can be evil to but we tend to keep it legal. Birth can be immoral to.
