Funny you should mention. I've bought a couple of tins of spam in the last few months. Koreans really like the stuff and I've hung out with Koreans at times through my zen teacher.

A little bit fried up is like an inexpensive bacon substitute. I slice it up and wrap each slice in saran wrap and freeze it.
