oh man, so bored.

I'm bored with the SDL.. like seriously, it just needs paint and i could do it but I dont feel like dumping 5k on just that at the moment...

I want something small enough to fit in front of it in the driveway to tinker with or toy around in..

Eagleco is in germany for a year with the army and picked up two classic mini's... said he'd sell me one of them and I think I might take him up on the offer lol seeing as thats the only thing that fits in front of the SDL

or I just need a gf but that dept is not doing to well.

You would probably be amazed at how good a paint job you could do yourself for a fraction of the cost. It's very time consuming, but since you don't have a GF you need to keep your hands busy.

I hear ya. I need something to oocupy my time. but I think a full out resto of my car is not what I want. My co-worker just about an hour ago was telling me I didnt know what to do with my time since I am single and that was the reason I keep messing with my car. At this moment in time I want to buy a diesel wagon to play with.

HAHAHAHA!!

Well with the amount of money and parts that have been put into it I would hope that nothing is broken. At the same time I have to say that this is the first time i've ever heard someone complain that "Their car is working perfectly."

Tell you what if your bored, come up here and get my damn ABS light off and i'll buy you lunch

That leaves you with two option.

1. Do some preventive maintenance such as changing some of the fluids or replacing the belt

2. Do some active repairs-Also know as, get a hammer and purposely break something

You know, when I got home from work yesterday, I flopped down on the couch for a minute. While looking out on the patio at the 4 interior doors that still need staining, I thought to myself: "Boy, I sure wish I could actually say that I have nothing to do..." It would be the first time in like 20 years.

You can also find yourself a BMW 2002 and make it a track prepped car.

E30s are pretty small as well and make great track cars. Really cheap and plentiful too.

Eagleco could get you Euro parts galore for that, too. The US junkyards in Germany are full of Bimmers for whatever reason; few MB's, though. Weird.

I'd love to get my hands on a real Mini. Some day I will own one! In the meantime I've got more than enough to keep me busy. And as Fulcrum will attest, the TD is more than enough for now.
