I was once rear-ended while sitting at a red light by a young female driver. I didn't see if she was texting but it wouldn't surprise me. Our dumb-ass NV legislature defeated a bill last year that would have banned texting while driving in the state. Sometimes it takes the federal govt to beat some common sense into the states.
