Peach Parts?? WTF is this?

OK, maybe i've been away from the forum too long, but what the hell? Peach parts? seriously? if i wanted to buy parts from a fruit, i'd go to Craigs list.

am i the only one who thinks this is lame?

Where have you been? All the big websites are changing to fruit names. Google has changed to Banana.

okay, a thousand apologies.

so the MB overlords wont allow the old name, i can understand that. That is one among the dozens of reasons why i wouldn't buy a new benz.

I should have known better than to ask a question before doing a search first, shop forum noob mistake #1.

I hope that the fine folks who have hosted this forum for all these years will be able to one day give it whatever name they choose, as long as it doesn't have to do with sexually suggestive fruit.

PS: all of this happened when Obama was elected, see what happens?

Nope, the Peach Parts thing was Bush's parting shot...kind of like pardoning David Lane Woolsey.

Is it just me, or are republicans all still very bitter about their loss.

Since you asked...
I'd say a little less bitter than dems have been over the previous 8 years. One thing for sure---there is always another election right around the corner.

Nope...I think they're bitter about what's going to be everyone's future...they have a tendency to think ahead...not like some groups do...those seem to dwell in the past or barely get out of bed before carping all over the place...

( Spelling of "carp" was intentional... )

It wouldn't make any difference, I have no reflection.

Speaking of reflection, do you do that much before posting?

I was wondering the same thing any thing is better than peach parts. Now when I tell people about this great forum it sounds very strange tell them it’s called peach parts. Give me a break. I also tell everyone about MBCA I only use this site for the forum there are some great people on here, just like MBCA.

I was working on my car in the driveway yesterday and a kid came up and asked me about these cars....he said he might want to get one next summer when he can drive. I told him they are great cars if you know how to work on them. But, I did not mention the forum....I was not about to tell him to visit peachparts...couldn't do it. Sorry. He'd have probably thought I was recommending a porn site.
