No where did I read anything about "funding" - "promote" does not mean "manage" or "take over" or "replace" ...

But, like the bill, anyone can read whatever they want into it...it's not staying in this "version" for the long haul anyways...it will be "committee'd" and finally blended into the House/Senate versions for "O" to sign...

Let's wait until the "O-Care" starts on its merry way to our local health-stop...then we can get our knickers-in-a-twist at that time!!!

"...provide for the common defense..." pretty much covers that point...

I posted the Preamble in response to this post. I never claimed the g'ment should provide funding for healthcare. But the fact is the g'ment does fund a considerable amount of healthcare.
