How on earth does it cost 24 million dollars to give dialysis to 80 people. Talk about out of control costs!! Thats $822, per person, per DAY. Where is all that money going? With that much money, every one of them could be easily making payments on a Maybach!....AND a huge house!

Something is obviously wrong with the system....and examples like that are definitive proof.

Republicans would say "oust them all to the streets, if they want dialysis, they should find a job that gives them health care to cover it, or pay for it themselves!"

How does dialysis cost nearly 2 grand per treatment....does the machine run on gold dust of the finest quality?? Gold currently sells for ~$940 an oz....so they could each buy 6oz of pure gold per week.....or about 20 pounds of gold, per person, per year. Ridiculous.

Or we could put it into diesel speak....

$300k per year is the cost per patient....so they could each buy 117,647 gallons of diesel per year at current market price. That is enough fuel to move the average cruise ship over 1,000 miles.
