I won a radio auction for a free tattoo ($75)

Would I be a moron to get a small Mercedes star as a a tattoo? I may not actually get one...still undecided.

Problem with tatoos is that for all practical purposes, they are permanent. So, if you have your GF or wife there, you best be sure the relationship will be as permanent. If it is your child, that is permanent as it gets. They will always be your child.

To answer your question, do you think you are always going to be as fond of MB as you are now. IF so, go for it. If undecided, you are a moron to proceed.

all of my tattoos have a meaning. so i will never regret them. to me a mercedes 3 point star would always remind me of the good old days. my first car was a mercedes that i bought when i was 15. i would always be able to look at it and remember how much fun i had working on it and remember the day i brought it home.

so, no i dont think it would be a bad idea, but thats a decision for you to make.

I'm a little surprised you bid on it before having the design nailed down. As for what makes you a moron, that's up to you. I'm sure some people consider any tattoo moronic.
I know a guy who has tattoos that have some meaning to him, and I know a guy who has lots of tattoos that he got because he liked the art.

I personally would hesitate putting a corporate logo on my skin. But if you like the cars and like the look of the star, why not? Just the three pointer without the circle maybe?

You can keep a tattoo looking sharp if you get touch ups every few years.

the Cash Voucher only cost me $15 for $75 needle time so that amounts to a tattoo as big as 4x4". I'm undecided about a tattoo in general, but wouldn't mind, but not till I have a design picked. I would like a mercedes star, but not JUST a mercedes star.

If I was to get a tatoo, and I wouldnt, I would get a Ford and a Mercedes logo
