You people haven't lived until you've had a chicken fried rib-eye.
Best I ever had was at the Stockyards Cafe at the (where else) Union Stockyards in San Antonio. It was open for over 100 years before it closed down last year... They had a 1/2lb smoked angus hamburger that'd knock your socks off, too. Never had anything like it before or since.
