I found a ipod in a ditch when I went off the road in a snow storm and it works but I cant get the files off it or add to it since Im not the orginal owner. How do I get around it?

Buy cable, connect to ITunes and there is an option on the home screen to restore to factory set up. Easy

If you don't have them on your PC/MAC you can download ITunes for free from Internet.

I was given one that some one had replace with the newest and greatest and I went on I tunes and just reset it and it works fine.
