My brother has a clark forklift with a 4 cyl. LP motor in it. The starter engages but wont turn the engine......

Anybody know where I can find some info on this?

I think he seized the motor, but I cant find any "crank bolt" to turn to verify.

He paid over 7k for this 6 years ago, long story short, never really did any maintenance to the thing unless it wouldnt start.
