There was a civilian last year who paid something like 13 million to go up. Didn't he go to the space station? What country's ship took him up? It wasn't NASA was it? Chinese or Japanese?

The Soviet space program has embraced tourism, but I think they stopped last year. The last one I remember was the founder of Cirque du Soleil paid big bucks for a trip to the ISS.
