Bought my first home (and GARAGE) ...

... a couple hours ago. Well, we signed the agreement; settlement is March 15 (fingers crossed all goes right!!!!). I could write 20 paragraphs on this place, but I'm at work so I gotta keep it briefish. The house is two stories and just the right size for me, on a really nicely landscaped .35-acre lot. It's immaculate. The PO (who gave me a detailed tour today) is a licensed electrician with lots of contractor friends, and this guy is a stickler for details and quality. There's gorgeous hardwood throughout, custom bathroom, finished basement, spotless paint. OK, now to the real juicy part: Garage. It's beyond anything I would have imagined I could find. 1,300 square feet (52 feet deep), high enough for a lift, two oversized, super quiet heavy-duty doors, tons of lighting, eight skylights, tons of attic storage, insulated (with ducts built in for heating or AC add-on), air line to front, wall speakers, phone, power & cable hookups. I can't believe it. Just thought I'd share. EDIT: Here are two pics ... not real great but you can get the idea of how pretty it is! Garage is 26 feet wide and 52 deep.
