Savvy criminals in San Francisco, wait till the SF Giants opening day to commit big crimes.

That is because the entire SFPD is at the game in Candlestick Park that day when the Giants are playing at home.

The entire world series where Brooks Robinson literally CONSUMED everything hit on the left side of the infield. Too many amazing plays to single out one.

Guess you don't mean the '69 series where Ron Swoboda made this catch.

The Met's mantra in 69 was Seaver & Kooz & bring on the booze!!

i thought chase utley's fake throw to first and then gunning down jason bartlett at the plate during game 5 of the '08 world series was pretty clutch

johnny damon's steal of second, and then third, when the phils were in the shift, was a turning point in the 2009 series. smart baserunning.

I'm starting to read the biography of Sandy Koufax.

What an amazing pitcher. I remember him as a boy when he tossed no hitters for the Dodgers in LA

A player with the greatness of Babe Ruth if you ask me

Yeah, and what's more amazing is he won the Cy Young award three times, and back then only one pitcher was chosen.

yes, and he pitched the seventh game of the '65 world series on two days rest.

complete game victory, though not a no-hitter, merely a shut out.

The Giants don't play in Candlestick Park anymore. And haven't for quite some time.
