Long shot and a half, but.......

..... figure it can't hurt to ask.

Just found out the ex has shuffled dates when kidlet is coming out (long story, not worth fighting over, etc). In addition, we've got a chance to have my niece out for a visit - overlapping with the kidlet, which is way cool since they've never met.

BUT - Darling Wife and I have tickets to Willie Nelson while they'll be here (August 3, Wolf Trap, lawn tickets). Crack up is that the two 15 year olds would KILL to see Willie - go figure.

Show is, of course, sold out. Stubhub and the other online scalpers are asking ~ $70 and up per ticket plus stupid rich "handling charges" for the same tickets we paid $25 each for, plus the far more reasonable $4 per ticket Wolf Trap handling charge. $58 for the first pair is morphing into pushing two Benjamins for the second pair......

Anybody gotta pair of lawn seats that can't use? Any pointers to getting the best possible deal on another pair?

Much obliged, as always.

No advice, but the alternative is to sell the two you have for hefty profit and take the money and splurge on the missus and kids.
