This is now in the news cause a DOJ attorney who was prohibited from testifying by to the US Civil rights commission resigned this week specifically so he could testify at the hearings. Made some cable news this week.
Guess the BBC didn't pick it up.

I think at this point, your - (and the DOJ's) - energy would be better spent by going after the corporate criminals (BP and Halliburton, Blackwater etc) responsible for the horrendous oil spill, and war profiteering, than this.

It appears to have been a news story a year and a half ago. It didn't show up in any of my news sources either.

I looked all thru your link to find something, anything, to back up your assertion these people were not prosecuted due to some sort of white vs black component, and can find none. In fact, you link states that one of the individuals has actually incurred legal penalities .I've also looked elsewhere on the web. WTF are you talking about?

The right wing outrage over this incident has always been a joke anyway, a bunch of white guys who carry guns at political events complaining about a bunch of black guys carrying guns at a political event, what a bunch of hypocrites.
