The insurance inspector went and looked at it this morning and told me it is in all likelihood totaled. He briefly started the engine and it was knocking heavily.

I saw it and I guess since the bumper dove underneath the van, the engine acted like a bumper. The oil filter housing on the front looked to be done but I couldn't tell much more than that.

I'm not seeing many C class 4-matics that are speaking to me right now. There is an S500 4-matic up the street from me but I get a strange vibe from it.

$9,000 to fix the body, that doesn't include any engine work if needed. They totaled it.

I don't think I paid that much for it 15000 miles ago.
