A New Christmas Tradition
A close friend of mine that I hadn't seen since 1997 called me out of the blue today to wish Vickie and I a Merry Christmas. We talked for hours catching up on each others lives. That was a great Christmas gift for me and Vickie. Maybe you guys/gals can call and old trusted friend every Christmas.

This does sound like a good idea!
Randomly bumped into someone I haven't seen/talked to in a year and a half at the mall the other day. It was so nice! She's still as wonderful as ever, and it felt so nice to talk to her and catch up a little bit. She suggested we get a few of our old buddies together again and catch up even more. I like that idea. I hope we follow through.
