At one point an American President said something similar... but today this would not fly because we still embrace multiculturalism.

Multiculturalism is kind of the opposite of the melting pot IMO.

The whole point of multiculturalism is to NOT integrate whatever that means.

People should come to MN where fierce nationalistic identity still exists among the Swedes, Norskies, and Finns. Particularly between the Swedes and Finns really.
