I think you are spot on. 'Good Grief' is probably an excellent definition for 'earning', these days.
So, earning equals deserving? How about terms like 'over/under-paid'?

The problem:

I'm more concerned about the 45% of Americans that pay ZERO Federal Income Taxes. That's a big ol problem, and ain't right... They've got no skin in the game.

That's only Income Tax; What about payroll, excise, fuel, sales, and other taxes, which make up a large percentage of their income?

Try something besides the Faux Noise Approved(tm) talking points.

Any Rands' "philosophy" was simply a pathetic attempt to rationalize her "jailhouse crush" on a serial killer.

Grow up, and think about the system as a whole, rather than yourself as a component.

Try to keep up.

The tired leftwing slogans & bleating points aside.....45% of American workers that PAY NO Federal Income Tax is incontrovertible - that's why.

If that is so, based on their low income, we're already effed, considering the fact that we're holding the highest national debt in human history ever!?
Who is going to pay for the damage? The Banks? Corporations? Government?

Taxation is the only voucher to balance our national deficit. No legislation will ever approve of any fractional reduction of taxation, unless they were willing to declare a national BK. Likelyhood of this to happen?
