Test your internet connection speed???
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
thought some might be able to use this, it gives both download and upload speeds |

Download Speed: 4964 kbps (620.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 619 kbps (77.4 KB/sec transfer rate) Seems fairly accurate..a lot of times with these tests you get inconsistent results though.

you can try http://www.testmy.net/tools/test/d_load.php
Which works pretty good. I always do the smart test. Mine is usually very high. even when I had my cable modem it was very high, but changed the cable out for DSL. saved a few bucks every month for it.

3350 kbps download, 1150 kbps upload, using the Dallas server.
Tried this at work. I'll try this at home as well...I seem to have marginally better speed there... Tried again at work and got 3396 and 1296, respectively...
