Upload Speed: 619 kbps (77.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

Seems fairly accurate..a lot of times with these tests you get inconsistent results though.

Which works pretty good. I always do the smart test.

Mine is usually very high. even when I had my cable modem it was very high, but changed the cable out for DSL. saved a few bucks every month for it.

Slow up-load speeds. I guess that's consistent with cable modems? I see a big difference in down-load and up-load speeds. Would DSL be more evenly matched?

I'm in Fairfax, VA and our office has DSL. My down load speed was 459 and up load was 515.

T1 maxes out at just above 1500Kb/sec. Modern cable and DSL connections are much faster.

I get 750 down, 300 up connected to cable, through the VPN at work. I'll have to try it when I'm disconnected.
