The NM one is the blast I was talking about.

By the way.... A town near where I live, McAlester, was mentioned in the LA Times today! It was in a story about the Earthquakes here, and it mentioned that today some terrible weather was going to blow through.

I think the point of the storm story was that storms like that come through here in the Spring but almost never in the Fall. All in all an interesting week in Oklahoma.

Flew home from sunny and beautiful San Francisco to foggy and rainy Wichita, Kansas. Settled in with a book and felt the 8:50 4.7 aftershock or whatever it was. I'm waiting for evil Spock to come walking down the street wearing goatee and all, confirming my guess that I've fallen into an opposite universe. I noticed a small crack in the dry wall that I never noticed before; could be a coincidence.

FWIW, I have a fairly long crack on the stone veneer at one spot on my house in OK.....
