Answering a question with a question does not provide an answer to the original question, and is a tactic commonly used by the C.I.A.

There is no link between one's intellect and one's belief or non-belief in religion. Rev. Graham was merely trying to show that no such link exists.

As otherwise noted, intellect and belief are not mutually exclusive. I know many people with high IQs that believe in the God of the Bible...and I know people who are dumb as stones who are atheists...one of whom describes himself as a "devout atheist," which I find rather amusing.
