The bizarre end to the Rockin ‘n Rollen story

For some reason, I thought of this guy today and did a search.

John 3:16: Where Is He Now? - Forbes.com

I didn’t realize that he’d gotten into proselytizing. I think they'd cut to brief shots of him at various games mostly in the late 70s before he got into the born again missionary work.

Thumbs down

Since I have no television service and don't ever watch it, and for most of my life read books for home entertainment, and still do to this day,

... and care nothing about a "game" that basically consists of full grown men running into each other,

....and despise religious fanatics proselytizing to the "heathens", I have nothing more to add here.

kthxbi

Jeez Jim, thanks for checking in.

Sport is not mere booo-$h!t. It hasn't been with humankind for many eons by accident.

If you watched sports back in the day, you were familiar with the Rockin' 'n Rollen guy, Rollen Stewart.
