Any Steve Buscemi Fans out there?

I like this guy. And appreciate the fact that he kept it real all of these years.
One of my favorite films is 'FARGO'.

I'm a fan. Great actor. I like Fargo (and I'm from MN where the majority of the movie takes place). I like The Big Lebowski better though.

I thought this was Burlesconi given the political threads lately, at which case I'd only respond "BUNGA BUNGA!"

Yeah hes a good actor. Check him out on Boardwalk Empire. He had a good, but brief role on the Sopranos as Tony Soprano's cousin. Tried to get legit after prison, accidentally beat his boss to death... and had to get taken care of by Tony IIRC. OOPS!

Absolutely.

He often doesn't have much to do, but he does a tremendous amount with it.

Who else could play his characters? I mean, he *was* Donny, just as one example.

He's also a very down-to-earth guy, which is another reason I like him. You wouldn't catch him causing a disturbance on a plane because he wants to keep playing a game on his smartphone.

I appeciate the fact that he did not become ..'All Hollyweird'..and spend umpteen thousands of $$ fixing his grill (teeth), say like a Burt reynolds.

He knew he is not a pretty boy, and remained true to himself.

Arrow Steve B. in "ConAir" (1997) as Garland Greene, the "Marietta Mangler"

"What if I told you insane was working fifty hours a week in some office for fifty years at the end of which they tell you to piss off; ending up in some retirement village hoping to die before suffering the indignity of trying to make it to the toilet on time? Wouldn't you consider that to be insane?"

i liked him as the quirky swindler in Fargo but I have seen a couple of other movies he was in which I found unwatchable as he was the central character and I hated him.

Great actor. He plays a real loser in "Trees Lounge." Trees Lounge (1996) - IMDb It's got some great bar fly characters hanging out in the lounge. Buscemi does a great job with a really unlikeable character.

Garland Greene: "One girl, I drove through three states wearing her head as a hat".

["Sweet Home Alabama" plays in background]
Garland Greene: Define irony. Bunch of idiots dancing on a plane to a song made famous by a band that died in a plane crash.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Little Girl: Are you sick?
Garland Greene: Why do you ask?
Little Girl: You look sick.
Garland Greene: I am sick.
Little Girl: Do you take medicine?
Garland Greene: There is no medicine for what I have.

Garland Greene: [singing in the crashing plane] He's got the who-ole wo-orld in his hands...

This is off the chain !!
Most probably the roll that put him on the map as being..'Top-Shelf'.
Great stuff, thanx Jim B.

Does anyone know if Steve B. has done any work with Quentin Tarentino?

I think he would be great if he did a film directed by Martin Scorsese.

Great actor. Thought Fargo was a good one but I also liked Lebowski more.

Stevie is a great actor within his realm of roles. Seemingly down to earth, though he did get in a ruckus somewhere down south on location and got stabbed, IIRC...

His role as "Mr. Pink" in Tarentino's Reservoir Dogs was pretty good work. His take on tipping was unique.
