The metric is income and jobs growth ... sounds like "world's best paid cities" to me.

Bridgeport is a 3rd world hell hole.

I wonder how wide of a net they caste and maybe they considered Fairfield county as well?

That's gotta be it. Lumping in Fairfield and Stratford could skew the numbers. Bridgeport is a nasty place. Maybe they were counting the income of the meth labs and drug pushers....

Hartford must have included West Hartford, Wethersfield and Windsor...

Must be. Hartford taken alone is worthless. Hartford along with all of it's Suburbs is, as shown, one of the richest areas in the country.
