Need to add more lines but a message tells me that i can't add any more lines.I am only up to line 325.How can i keep adding more lines?

Have you tried searching online using the specific text of the error message? Usually that will turn up a solution.

There are too many row's. Works does not allow more then 16,384 row's.

You're not using a full version of Excel, you're using MS Works. That's a slimmed down version. You've reached the row limit in Works.

If you have empty rows, then you should be able to overwrite them. Do you really have more than 16,000 rows of data? If so, then you may need to spring for a full version of Excel, or try Open Office.

Or just start a second file for the new data.
