What exactly does the error message say?

There are too many row's. Works does not allow more then 16,384 row's.

I am on row # 323 ????

Will not print. Even when i hi light and set print area it still will not print.

You're not using a full version of Excel, you're using MS Works. That's a slimmed down version. You've reached the row limit in Works.

If you have empty rows, then you should be able to overwrite them. Do you really have more than 16,000 rows of data? If so, then you may need to spring for a full version of Excel, or try Open Office.

Or just start a second file for the new data.
