Good Bye to Herb Reed, last of the Platters

As a fan of the oldies, I just wanted to share remembrance of that famous 1950's group. Reed died June 4, but the music he helped create will live forever.

Only You

The Great Pretender was and still is a favorite of mine. Timeless.

My prayer and the answer you give
May they still be the same for as long as we live
That you'll always be there at the end of my prayer
