Monster Energy Sues Fish forum
Yeah.... an aquarium forum I use is being sued by monster energy claiming their logo is too simular to theirs and a whole host of stupid claims see-

My understanding of copyright law is that it is a use it or lose it proposition.
The "FordDiesel " web site had to change its name for similar reasons.

Seems kinda silly. the logos are not alike and one wouldnt think would be confused with a sports drink... It's silly to me... but then what do I know.
