Milford Man Shoots Naked Home Invasion Suspect [UPDATED] - Milford, CT Patch

Good thing one of my neighbors had a firearm last weekend. If not a drugged up nut job would have been able to do pretty much anything he wanted when he got in the house.

To all the disarmament people, would you want to be in a situation like that knowing when he knocked you down, that your family was up stairs and he was going to get their and have his way until the police show up? How do you expect to fight off with your bare hands unless you are highly trained someone who is so drugged up they cannot feel pain?

This brings to mind a story I read somewhere a year or two ago:

An elderly couple were getting ready to go upstairs for bed. When he went to turn off the lights he saw someone with the light on in his equipment shed hauling off some loot.

He grabbed the phone and called 911. The 911 operator asked if they were threatening him and he said no. The operator said "we have no one available right now, someone will be there in a few hours."

The man called 911 again 60 seconds later and told them "I just shot the people in my shed." Within two minutes the house was surrounded with cops and they apprehended the thieves.

The Captain came to the man and said "I thought you said that you shot the thieves." To this the man replied "I thought you said you had no one available."

Good one !!!!

on the down side, Hussien Obama is talking about limiting assualt rifles.... picked the "AK-47" to spotlight although it was not used in the CO killings, most likely 'cause it's scary.

I assume that is why he singled out the AK-47. It is scary because it is dangerous in the wrong hands. That's why Obama wants to regulate it. I don't see the problem.
