Any story which reflects problematically upon the Ruling tribe or it's machinations generally gets buried in the U.S.
As you know, to have a clue what's actually going on in the world you have to dig deeply and read critically, especially in non-English speaking media.
The only major English-language outlets I am aware of which even pretend to even-handedness are the Independant and the Gaurdian.

The Ruling Class is far less worried about what gets said overseas, however.
They know the vast majority of people in the U.S. have their heads in the sand and spend time watching television, generally believing that their nation is the only one (or the only one that matters) on the planet anyway.
And so long as the U.S. remains (militarily) pre-eminant on the World Stage, the Ruling Class dont care if the U.S. and Israel are isolated, and they dont care if they are universally hated.

This is a principle reason why the U.S. military is permitted to consume an increasing amount of the citizens wealth, and the wealth of their children, and their childrens's children.
It's the device by which they (alternately) slaughter and intimidate their endless slew of enemies--real, manufactured, and imaginary.
Aside from facilitating their own (chiefly financial) aggrandizement, the military force is the only purpose of the U.S. which concerns them.

The End Game? The (not incidentally debt-based) economy of the United States will be destroyed by this mentality eventually and slowly.
By the time it's done, the wealth of this once great nation will be completely concentrated within the hands of the top two percent of the population.
And the American masses will find inexplicably to them--that they have no friends left anywhere.
Then? Lethal parasites always destroy their hosts, then move on to a new victem.
