I used to work for a contracting company 15 years ago, was "the new estimator", continually hassled by the older guys, never giving me the equipment I needed when I needed it, etc. They had these old style motorola two-way radions and installed one in my company truck. Maybe ten project managers, all the truck drivers, and equipment operators could and did listen to the radios all day. Conversations were short and to the point until one day.......I asked for equipment, was denied over the radio by the old guy in charge of transportion delivery, and I slowwwwly let loose on him and everyone heard it company wide.

Never had any trouble again.
