Yep, that's the issue. I often give this example to my students since they typically assert that all sexual acts between consenting adults are permissible.

So sexual or not, is it my life or not? If it is my life, should I not have full say in it? If I kill you (not that I would), whose life am I taking away? Your life or somebody else's life or what?
