Hell, I like teleporters. They're fast and quiet. All we have to do is invent them and then we can save lots of oil.

According to the fly, you gotta be naked unless you want your pair of dockers to become part of your genetic structure. So when we implement these teleporters, I think it stands to reason that use only be allowed to attractive women between the ages of 18 and 25.

Good article - one peeve. Amtrak's Northeast Corridor isn't the only electrified system in North America.

Off the top of my head:
* Mexico City suburban trains
* Montreal commuter trains
* Philly commuter trains and trains to Pittsburgh
* Chicago commuter lines?
* Bunch of lines in and around NYC (Jersey shore, lines to western NJ)
* I think there are some electric freight lines out West (Black-Mesa, AZ)
