My Dream

I am working on my dream. We have put our commercial building up for sale. And we are going to move the shop to the house. Our house is less than a mile from the shop. I suspect that I will lose a few customers when we move the shop home, but we will also be losing about $2000 a month in overhead. I will also be able to take better care of my disabled wife Vickie. We owe about 5 more years on the house @ $575 per month. My dream is coming true. Praise God.

The great part is that my best customers are sticking with me. We are at the point in our lives where we don't want any more STUFF. And several PP members here have been in our house and have seen all of the STUFF we have collected over the last 30 years. We prayed about it and things are starting to happen. All of the antiques are fly out the door for good money and room is being made for our printing and sign equipment. The Lord said seek HIM and His Kingdom First and all thing will be added on to you. I am seeing this daily. We are so excited.

you might consider renting your commercial building.

Glad things are going well!

Reducing overhead is usually the same as giving yourself a raise. You are not going to have any difficulty with zoning issues? Even well out into the county ourselves zoning has become an issue in recent years. Varies from juristiction to juristiction of course.

. If you could apply the reduced overhead to that morgage it would be gone fairly quickly. Or perhaps the funds from the sale of the building might help as well. Best of luck with the change.

I don't want to rent it because of the hassle.

I hope to sell it for what's owed. I had to refinance it when the wife was ill to pay bills.

What Swamp said....

Glad you are going to be able to continue to work, and be home with your wife.

Well, the pool table just sold and is removed from the old man cave. The Lord is paving the way for my Printing and Sign Shop to be moved to our house. The LORD is GOOD and Provides.
