The Jag has been sold
Well guys,
I had my fun with the XJS but decided the restoration of my 280SL is the top priority now, so the Jag has been kicked down the road to someone who is a true Jaguar enthusiast. I will be keeping you all updated on the progress of the 280SL with posts and pictures as the restoration progresses.

I'm glad you finally came to your senses and stayed within the fold.
A man can have only one true love in life. Splitting your attention between MB and Jaguar can only lead to disaster. Did you sell it for what you paid for it, or did you take a big loss?

Nevertheless, if you were like me, you probably will miss the XJS...
...sometimes we only retain the fond memories... ...until we happen to browse through some old paperwork and find all of the repair invoices for the Jag!

I actually came out $2,000 in the good! I must be one of the few lucky ones who has made money on a V-12 Jaguar! Yes, I have a feeling I will regret selling this car, it really was one sexy ride, but hey, summer's coming and the 280SL with the top down will be much better!
