Occupational hazards---every job has them.
Construction--whether doing the work, or inspecting has a high rate of injury/death.

Would you believe even musicians?---Bassoonists, reportedly, suffer a higher than average rate of aneurisms. Tuba player have a higher than average rate of jaw issues.
