Should I do this or not???

I have people at my school that want to race me with their cars sometimes and so far I did it twice. Once against a Dodge Stratus V-6 and a Honda Civic, which were both a joke!!

I have the 380 SEL and it is 83. It has about 400 000 kms on it but the engine is going strong and just burning a bit too much oil a bit. I have removed the catalytic converter and changed the whole exhaust system to a quiet freeflow system. I think the car has about 200 hp now, and I also put Sunoco Ultra 94 octane performance gas in her so as you can tell, she is treated pretty good!

Is it ok that I race people once in a while with the car? When I do race them, I hold every gear to about 5000 rpms. I use Pennzoil 10w30 oil and find it to be ok. It had synthetic all it's life but now I just put regular because it burns it out too fast and its too exspensive to keep buying synthetic to put in. My mechanic said it is ok.

So, can these cars really handle this once in a while? I am just worried because of the mileage it has. Is there anything else I should do besides being careful with the racing?

Much appreciated!!
