Just asking for clarification since you sound like the sort that supports the rights for ggroups you agree with only.

No. You're awful quick to call people who have different values than you 'immoral' and you are always arguing for following the law so I'm curious as to how that all fits together in your mind. So for instance, why do you think gay sex is immoral and how does the morality or immorality of our actions relate to what the law should allow/forbid? Or to put it another way, how would a moral system that encourages gay sex and permits legal gay marriage be construed by you?

Gay sex, adulterous sex, premarital sex, ..... They are ALL immoral. Why is that difficult to understand?

Now for the $64,000 question: How many of those activities have you engaged in? How many of the values that you attempt to inflict upon others reflect a do-as-I say-not-as-I-do philosophy?

Sex for pleasure and not for procreation? If that's wrong . . . I should be on death row. :D

I have never engaged in ANY of them.

That's a pretty narrow range of things to be immoral. But I wasn't asking about your particular judgments about what is immoral but rather what makes them immoral? I thought the sentence, "Why do you think gay sex is immoral"" was pretty clear.

I also hope it's not wrong. Been having GREAT sex for pleasure with my wife for over 39 years.

Seems like I remember in the past your writings indicating that you had read the Bible. Maybe I'm wrong.

Gay sex, adulterous sex and pre-marital sex could all be done for reasons other than pleasure. Are there any reasons that would make them moral? I'm guessing, that Larry probably thinks that impregnating your widowed sister in law might be a moral requirement.

Do I take that to mean that you believe that all things morally forbidden in the Bible and all things morally required in the Bible is the measure of morality?

So here's a small set of moral rules from the Bible. Do you accept them all?

No gay sex.
No sex with women when menstruating.
No private ownership of land.
All debts forgiven every 49 yrs.
Kill your son.
Execute rebellious teenagers.
Don't eat pork.
Don't cut the corners of your beard.
Cut the testicles off your conquered enemies.
No lying.
No stealing.
Impregnate your widowed sister in law.
Don't eat shellfish.
Don't work on Saturdays.
Only worship the god of your tribe.
Don't let women speak in church.

What has morality got to do with legality? Is it a bad thing that the KKK is doing? Sure. Should we support their rights like say Anthony Griffin who is a black lawyer? Absolutely. What I am wondering is whether you would be like him and be able to put your personal disgust aside and support their rights to be treated like others or not. The question is pretty simple and requires a "Yes" or "No" answer and not some vague reply.
