um.... I looked at your sig... what does it have to do with not allowing impatience to drive your actions at the grocery store?
12 minutes is an eternity when you are next in the que, but in reality just getting to the que is a much larger investment of time....
leaving would cost far more, and engaging such douche bags would only add to the time spent...
likely I would have been unable to resist at least a parting shot at the DB....
