Just curious, how hard is it to register a "farm" vehicle with farm plates in AZ (assuming AZ has farm plates)?

I've had buddies register vehicles that were nowhere near street legal and the CT DMV is a royal PITA. Obviously there are limitations on usage. Around here farm-plated vehicles are also property tax exempt. Wish we still had our growing operations...
